This part of Windows Update Restored is a WSUS server and must be used by Windows Update only (using port 8530). In order to do so, you must select the "Windows Update Restored" provider in the Prerequisites Installer.
The Windows Update Restored provider does not work? Use "http://wsus.nononymous.fr:8530/" in the Prerequisites Installer using the "Custom Provider" option!
